Crawlspace King was excellent. Gave me accurate timelines, estimates, and schedule. I called back 6 or 8 months later with a minor concern and they fixed it right up because they warranty their work! Others have been under our house for our renovation needs (plumbing) and have commented on how supported our house is and how clean the crawlspace is! I have and will continue to recommend Crawlspace King to others.

They just finished the job at our house and did a fantastic job. They leveled the floor from where it had started sinking in the middle, replaced the old joist, fixed the flooring at the front door where it had leaked before we bought this house. The floors are so sturdy now. In 4 days they were completely done. I would definitely recommend this company to do your job & it be done right. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 10.
